- No, the name of the purchaser is indicated on the ticket but the tickets are NOT personal, they are bearer securities and therefore can be transferred. Tickets purchased with a discount for FITP Members may only be transferred to other members who hold a valid FITP membership card.
- Season Tickets allows access to all sessions scheduled for the Central Court and the secondary courts. There are no other formulas.
- Tickets for Centre Court will also grant access to the secondary courts.
- The availabilities are those displayed on the website, we do not know if and when there will be changes.
- Children under the age of 6 can enter the facility without a ticket, showing a valid identity document or health card at the entrances and accompanied by an adult. Inside the facility they will not be able to occupy seats, but must necessarily sit on the legs of the companion. After the age of 6, a ticket must be purchased.
- Spectators with disabilities (certified disability over 74% or certified severe disability) shall be entitled to free admission, subject to the availability of dedicated seating.
For each session, each person with a disability may obtain a maximum of one ticket for themselves and one ticket for an accompanying person. Tickets may be collected exclusively at the ticket office starting one hour before the beginning of the first match of each day. No ticket reservations are permitted: tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis and, once exhausted, no additional tickets will be available. - The promotion dedicated to FITP Card holders cannot be combined with other promotions.
- To take advantage of the reduced rate, each member must register and purchase their own ticket independently. If the FITP Card holder is a minor, a parent or guardian can register and associate the minor's card.
- Access will be allowed about an hour before the time indicated on the game program available on the official website the day before the event.
- Minors under the age of 14 must necessarily be accompanied by an adult to enter the facility. The minor and the adult must have a regular entrance ticket.
- After payment, the ticket will arrive within a few minutes at the email address registered on the ticket website. If you do not display the tickets purchased, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
- If you have already checked that you have not received them even in your junk/spam mailbox, you can find them in your reserved area on the site.
If necessary, you may request assistance by sending an email to the address provided at the bottom of this page. - Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable; however, as they are not nominative, they may be transferred. Tickets purchased with a discount for FITP Members may only be transferred to other members who hold a valid FITP membership card.
- There is no official resale service or channel.
- Yes, you can enter at any time, subject to game times.
- The order of play is published on the official website of the event.
- The time and order of play are published the night before the game. The time on the ticket is for reference only.
- It is not possible to predict who will play, when and on which court. The order of play is published in the evening before the following day.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict the length of a tennis match.
- You can leave the court but not the venue, once you leave the Tennis Club Cagliari you can no longer return with the same ticket, unless expressly agreed in writing by the organizer.
- There are no tickets for the secondary courts. Centre Court tickets and season tickets allow entry to both the Centre Court and the secondary courts.
- The price of the Access Card (net of any pre-sale costs) will be reimbursed by the Organiser, exclusively in the event that no Practice Session or none of the Matches, initially scheduled in the session indicated on the relevant Access Card, is held on the day indicated. Please read the Terms and Conditions on the dedicated page.
- No, the ticket is valid for one access only.
- The ticket is purchased for the specific session/field and not for a specific match/player. The program may change and ticket refunds are not foreseen.
- There is no refund of the ticket or a voucher for another purchase.
