Spectators with disabilities (disability greater than 74% or severe certified handicap at the time of purchase and entry) can purchase tickets with approximately a 50% discount exclusively at the ticket office located at the entrance of the Tennis Club Cagliari starting from the first day of the tournament, subject to availability of the designated seats.

For each session, the reserved seats are adequate but limited. Each person with a disability may purchase one ticket for themselves and one for an accompanying person. For the 2027 edition, the purchase of the ticket for the person with a disability must be combined with that of the accompanying person: it is not possible to buy them separately. The price paid includes both tickets.

The reduced fare for people with disabilities and their accompanying persons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. On the day of the event, the user must present, upon request by the staff, identification cards or documentation certifying the disability. This documentation must be shown at the entrance and whenever tickets are checked; failure to do so may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue.
